Latonercus Steen is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Lead Business Consultant of Starrs Consulting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has dedicated her career to helping organizations build strong operational foundations, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
With extensive experience in executive leadership, business development, human resources, organizational management, and strategic planning, Latonercus has successfully led businesses through every stage of development—from startup formation and operational design to process improvement, compliance, and long-term growth strategies. Her hands-on experience as both a CEO and business owner allows her to provide practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each client's unique goals.

Davon Steen, Senior Business Consultant, COO
Davon Steen Sr. serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Business Consultant for Starrs Consulting. He has earned a degree in Business Management and brings valuable leadership experience through his background as a Chief of Staff, where he developed expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, operations management, and executive support.
His experience working alongside executive leadership has strengthened his ability to coordinate complex initiatives, improve organizational efficiency, and help businesses implement effective operational strategies. Davon is dedicated to helping organizations establish strong internal processes, improve productivity, and achieve sustainable growth through practical, results-focused solutions.

Tanishia Owens serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development & Human Capital at Starrs Consulting. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, organizational strategy, and workforce development.
With extensive experience working with individuals, executive leaders, and organizations in high-capacity environments, Tanishia specializes in helping businesses strengthen their organizational structure, cultivate effective leadership, and develop high-performing teams. Her expertise includes human resources strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, talent management, and operational effectiveness.
